About Distinction Press
Distinction Press takes pride in publishing books worthy of the paper they are printed on. Remarkable histories, historical mysteries, contemporary non-fiction — histories and stories that need to be read and remembered.
Distinction Press is a small publishing company from the mountains of beautiful Vermont. Started in 2007 to publish the work of a beloved friend, Distinction Press has grown to publish what we believe are extraordinary books. Our connections to experts in fields beyond our capabilities has allowed us to publish and promote books to a wider audience.

If you are interested in having design work for your own publishing company
If you visit RSBPress, you can see some of the design work for other publishers that has been done. While editing. then designing the interior of a title for Random House House of Collectibles in the 1990s and learning the trade, RSBPress was established and published The Savvy Woman’s Guide to Owning A Home in 2001. Impressed by the design of that book, other publishers asked Kitty Werner to design their books and help them establish their own publishing companies.
